2. No account, but you are responsible

You don't need an account — a verified email and a pen name identify you. You are responsible for everything you submit under that email, and you confirm you are at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing, you grant SayWhat! a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your letter and its generated share card for operating and promoting the service.

4. Prohibited content

You must not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, doxxing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise prohibited by our Community Guidelines. We may hold, remove, or refuse content and may ban a sender at our discretion.

5. Recipients and third parties

Letters address real people and organisations. You are responsible for ensuring your statements of fact are true. Recipients and rights-holders may request removal via our takedown process.

6. Indemnity
